Community Groups...
We believe that Community and life change happens best in small groups. At Hillside we have a community group that meets almost every night of the week. Groups meet at least twice a month. The purpose of a community group is to provide a predictable environment where people experience authentic community and spiritual growth. A communityl group consists of 10-12 people who meet together regularly for Bible study, prayer, fellowship, and relationships. Our goal in each group is that they experience three things in a community group: accountability, belonging, and care. Groups study various items including topical book studies, books of the Bible, and discussing the most recent weekend sermon topic. Childcare is available at the church on Sunday night or you may get reimbursed for your childcare by having your community group leader sign a “childcare reimbursement form” and submitting it to the church office. Click here to download the form. We do offer three groups that are more specialized to meet more specific needs. These groups are:
