Care & Benevolence We know this is a difficult time for many families as we endure the changes to work, the economy, and personal finances. We want to make sure we are doing everything we can to provide support for those needing assistance. If you would like to support our giving to Benevolence to help others in need, you can give at the link below:
Give to Benevolence If you are requesting support for spiritual guidance, care, or financial support, please email us at care@yourhillside.com. We would be happy to connect with you to see how we can help.
Prayer Prayer is of the utmost importance any day, but especially during a time of crisis. We will continue to bring ourselves before God in prayer individually and corporately. If you are seeking prayer or would like to join our Sunday morning corporate prayer time over video call, please contact Pastor Dave at dbream@yourhillside.com.
Food
Community Storehouse
Hillside has a great relationship with the Community Storehouse in Keller. They handle food distribution to families in our community with the highest quality and delicate care. We have donated food to their supply and encourage you to visit their website for information on how you can help serve their cause or if you are seeking meals for your family. Community Storehouse has available a box of food for a family of 4 that will last a week and anyone in need is eligible to receive this for free.
Also, if you would want to help serve, Community Storehouse is in desperate need of the following food items to be donated to their location on Katy Road: canned corn, canned green beans, canned pasta, tuna, soup, canned pork & beans, ramen noodles, mac & cheese, spaghetti, spaghetti sauce, jelly, peanut butter, cookies, crackers, granola bars, cereal, oatmeal, pop tarts and apple sauce.
Union Gospel Mission
Union Gospel is in need of 125 sack lunches for each day by 11am. They are looking for volunteers who could make these at home which would include a PB&J sandwich in an individual sandwich bag, packaged chips, crackers, fruit cup, apple or orange and bottle of water. If people are able to help with this they can contact Lezlee Kinney, UGM Volunteer Coordinator at 817-338-8402.
